Terms and Conditions

1)      The competition is open to every person residing in the Republic of South Africa.

2)      There is no limit to the number of times a person may enter as it will improve their chance of winning. The more you enter the better your chance becomes.

3)      There is one winner per category per rotation.

4)      The competition does not end after the first winner is selected. The next rotation starts straight away.

5)      Prizes will be paid out on a random basis. Thus it does not matter if you SMS’ed first, in the middle or was the last person.

a.       Rare card – this is a random rare card from the predefined block or core set.

b.      Uncommon card – this is a random uncommon card from the predefined block or core set.

c.       Common card – this is a random common card from the predefined block or core set.

d.      Booster – this is a defined booster pack from the specified block or core set.

e.       Fat pack – this is a defined fat pack from the specified block or core set.

f.        Booster Box – this is a defined box of boosters from the specified block or core set.
 

                                                               i.The definition of a Rare, Uncommon, Common, Booster, Fat pack, Booster box are as per the standard method sold and supplied by Wizards of the Coast Inc. ™ a subsidiary of Hasbro Inc. ®.

6)      Cost of SMS.

a.       Prize categories will have various cost values.

b.      Each prize category will have the cost of the SMS clearly marked on the promotional material.

7)      Larger prizes (e.g. Booster Box, Fat packs) will run for a maximum duration of 2 months.

8)      The prize will be posted to the nearest Post Office of the winner’s choice where the prize can not be mailed to a Post Box. Meaning if the package is to big for your normal mail box (e.g. Booster Box, Fat packs)

a.       Should a prize winner of a large prize wish to have the prize forwarded by a different means, then the winner will be liable for those cost involved in the shipping of that prize.

b.      Should the winner wish to collect the prize, MTGSA.co.za will make the necessary arrangement and liaison with the winner.

9)      No prizes will be posted to any other country.

10)  All winners will be contact telephonic. On contact you need to supply us with your Postal Address.

11)  All winners names will be posted on the website. MTGSA.co.za would where it is possible have the winners send us their photo’s with the prize.

12)  MTGSA.co.za will not be responsible for the loss of prizes due to theft, incorrect postal address or any other means that result in the lost of the prize.

13)  MTGSA.co.za will not substitute any prizes for cash.

14)  MTGSA.co.za will not enter into any correspondence.

15)  MTGSA.co.za reserves the right to alter and change the terms and conditions of this competition without prior notifications at its sole discretion.
